Resumen

Centres of Digital Innovation or Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH) are called to become an important mechanism to support the digital transformation of companies in this decade. These centres are conceived as a “ PSCs ” through which, companies can access information, services and facilities they need to address their digital transformation processes.

It is expected that in the next multiannual financial framework 2021-2027 of the European Union, strengthen the financing to the catalysts DIH essential digital transformation European industry, especially through the programme Europa Digital.

The Programme Europa Digital the European commission, has among its objectives, the creation of a European network of DIH. To ensure a uniform distribution of these centres throughout the territory, the European commission will seek to member states, over the last quarter of 2020, a list of potential candidates to respond to the demand of the industry and the public sector.

With the aim of establishing an open and competitive process for the development of the aforementioned list, this ministerial Order aims to regulate the designation of potential candidates to the European network of DIH, which aims to create a national registry of Digital innovation centres that meet the requirements of the European commission. Also, the registration will be a prerequisite for participation in the future aid schemes of the ministry of Industry, trade and tourism centres of digital innovation.

Objectives of the norm

This procedure aims to gather views of citizens rights holders and legitimate interests affected by the policy drafted already, directly or through organizations or associations that represent them, as well as obtain few additional input can perform other persons or entities.
