Objectives of the norm
This public consultation aims at the first version of the application guide of the royal decree 552/2019, 27 September, approving the safety regulations for storage facilities its instructions complementary techniques.
In the Royal Decree, in his additional provision Only reads:
"Technical guide.
The steering body responsible for industrial safety of the ministry of industry, trade and tourism updated will develop and maintain a technical guide non binding for the practical application of the regulation and its instructions complementary techniques, which may establish clarification in general concepts. "
