Resumen
This public consultation aims to the second version of the application guide ofRoyal Decree 706/2017, 7 July, which approves additional technical instruction MI-IP 04 ‘ Facilities for providing vehicles » and regulate certain aspects of the regulation of oil installations.
In the Royal Decree, in his additional provision first reads:
"Technical guide. The steering centre competent industrial safety of the ministry of Economy, industry and Competitiveness develop, maintain updated and published on its website a technical guide non binding for the practical application of the ITC, which may establish clarification in general concepts"
