Resumen
This draft regulation seeks to encourage the upgrading of smes in spain through the introduction in its production processes of new machine tools.
It is necessary to adopt a regulatory, that encourage the renewal and modernization of machine tools spanish smes, to enhance the industrial sector, in the context of the health crisis resulting from COVID-19, in line with the objectives of reviving the economy in general, the industrial sector in particular, and the resilience of the productive sector.
