Resumen
The document is issued is intended to provide guidance to economic operators in the implementation of the rules of procedure (EU) 584/2014, and the Regulation (EU) 2019/1783 of eco-design of electrical transformers in connection with the disproportionate costs that occur when you replace a transformer by one which meets the conditions required in the new regulation. These Regulations establish new requirements from 1 july 2021 that need to be known and applied correctly.
