Resumen
This draft order modifies Annex 4 of Royal Decree 237/2000, of February 18, 2000, which establishes the technical specifications to be met by special vehicles for the land transport of food products at regulated temperatures and the procedures for the control of conformity with the specifications, and Order ICT/370/2021, of April 14, 2000, which modifies the annexes of Royal Decree 237/2000, of February 18, 2000; with the aim of postponing until July 1, 2026 the entry into force of the provisions relating to the tests to be carried out, with a certain periodicity, to the units in service of more than 15 years old, for those vehicles that operate only in the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands. Likewise, with the same objective, the transitional regime established for these vehicles is modified, postponing its entry into force to July 1, 2026.
