Summary

Royal Decree 656/2017, of 23 June, approving the Regulation on the Storage of Chemicals and its Complementary Technical Instructions MIE APQ 0 to 10, in its first additional provision establishes: The competent Industrial Safety Management Centre of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness shall draw up and keep up-to-date a non-binding technical guide for the practical application of the Regulation and its JTIs, which may provide clarifications on general concepts.

In order to provide a reference for the uniform application of certain aspects relating to the regulation, the Directorate-General for Industrial Strategy and SMEs, through the Sub-Directorate-General for Industrial Quality and Safety, has prepared an implementation guide, which is sent in version 1 (draft) to the present public participation of non-regulatory projects.

In this procedure prior to the publication of a new version of the Technical Implementation Guide, the modifications and new files that have been incorporated in this document are submitted to a public hearing to keep it updated.

Submission of allegations

The allegations may be sent to the email address: participacion_csegind@mintur.es indicating in the subject: "Comments eraser Guia APQ"

The claims must be presented using the attached document model (in .doc or .docx format that allows its management and edition), clearly ordering and separating the different comments made, and identifying the section and the text to which each one refers.

Only the responses in which the sender is identified will be considered, stating in them:

  • Name and surname/denomination or social reason of the participant
  • Organization or association (if applicable)
  • Contact (email).

In general, the contributions received will be considered to be open to public dissemination. The parts of the information submitted that, in the opinion of the interested party, should be treated confidentially and therefore should not be freely disseminated, should be specifically indicated in the text of the contribution itself, not considering for this purpose the generic messages of confidentiality of the information.
