Background of the norm
In accordance with article 26.2 of law 50 / 1997 of 27 November, the government, we proceed to make the public consultation prior to the preparation of the draft order are updated annexes I and II of the royal decree 2028 / 86 of 6 June, on standards for the application of certain CEE directives concerning type approval of motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, motorcycles, mopeds and farm vehicles, as well as parts and pieces of such vehicles.
Objectives of the norm
Alignment of national regulations to the European, establish the technical requirements due at the national level for the conservation and inspection of the lifts in line with the evolution of the technique, and adapting to technical progress the park lifts existing.
