Objectives of the norm
This consultation aims to collect, directly or through its representative organizations, the opinion of persons and entities potentially affected by the rule proposed, in compliance with article 26.2 of law 50 / 1997 of 27 November, the government.
The objectives to be achieved with this rule are encourage and promote the acquisition of vehicles with alternative energies to traditional fuels, understanding Them as the powered by electric motors, liquefied petroleum gas (GLP), compressed natural gas (GNC) and liquid (GNL), motorbikes electric and fuel cell vehicles. The vehicles susceptible to receive aid belong to the categories of cars (M1), vans and vans (NO, N2 and N3), buses and coaches (M2 and M3), quadcycles (L6e and L7e) and motorcycles (L3e, L4e and L5e).

Will only be considered responses in which the sender is identified.
In general the answers will be considered nonconfidential and free circulation. The parties that are considered confidential must be specifically identified and delimited in the comments, motivating the reasons for such qualification.
