Objectives of the norm

Article 133.2 of law 39 / 2015, 1 October, Common Administrative procedure of public administrations and article 26.6 of law 50 / 1997 of 27 November, government stipulate that, without prejudice prior consultation with the wording of the initiative, when the standard affect the rights or legitimate interests of persons, the competent command center will the text on the corresponding web portal, with the aim of giving audience to citizens affected and seek few additional input can be made by other persons or entities.

Will only be considered responses in which the sender is identified and their contribution be on the need, timeliness or content of the text of the draft regulations on which be the present handling of hearing and public information.

In general responses and input received will be capable of public. Parts of the information provided that, in the opinion of the person concerned, should be treated confidentially and therefore not appropriate his free dissemination, should be specifically identified in the text of the input or comment, not considered to these effects generic messages of confidentiality.
