Resumen

The second version of the Application Guide of Royal Decree 656/2017, of June 23, which approves the Regulation of Storage of Chemical Products and its Complementary Technical Instructions MIE APQ 0 to 10, is submitted to public consultation.

In said Royal Decree, its first additional provision establishes the following:

“Technical guide. The directive center competent in matters of industrial security of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness will prepare and keep up-to-date a non-binding technical guide for the practical application of the Regulation and its ITCs, which may establish clarifications on general concepts. ”
