In its annexes reflects the technical aspects applicable to each category of vehicle for national type approval, the approval individually, the approval of national short series and homologation according to particular applications. also Regulates the format and content of the cards of MOT. this update Is necessary to national requirements suited to the criteria contained in the following regulations of the European Union:
- Regulation (CE) No 661 / 2009, of the European Parliament and of the council, 13 July 2009.
- Regulation (HAT) No 167 / 2013, of the European Parliament and of the board of 5 February 2013.
