Resumen
The Royal Decree 2042 / 1994 of 14 October, which regulates the technical inspection of vehicles, in its Article 12, states that in the inspection of vehicles will be the technical criteria of inspection described in the ‘ procedure Manual inspection ITV stations ’ prepared by the ministry of industry, energy and tourism, according to the competent bodies of the autonomous communities.
Moreover indicates that the Manual will be updated when vary the technical criteria of inspection, both national and international community or in this field.
By agreement of the working group of the industry sector Conference on technical inspection of vehicles, has seen fit to add a new section to the manual for a customized inspection procedure for special vehicles called tourist trains.
Moreover have been updated the limit values of opacity of vehicles compression ignition, so that help reduce unauthorized modifications of treatment systems of exhaust gases.
Equally wants to take advantage of this revision to include any modification advised by the experience in the inspection.
