Draft order are updated annexes I and II of the royal decree 20208 / 86 of 6 June, on rules for the application of certain CEE directives concerning type approval of motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, motorcycles, mopeds and farm vehicles, as well as parts and pieces of such vehicles.

The order of reference updates annexes I and II of the royal decree 2028 / 1986, 6 June, on standards for the application of certain rules of the HAT on type approval of motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, motorcycles, mopeds and farm vehicles, as well as the parts and pieces of such vehicles.

The layout is necessary to adapt the domestic law, constituted by the Royal Decree 2028 / 1986 with its annexes I and II, changes in the Community legal system, since the last command issued (Command IET / 2556 / 2014, 26 December; B.O.E. 9 January 2015) have been published 13 Regulations HAT, establishing further the dates from which cannot be granted to manufacturers approvals to new types of vehicles and dates from which they cannot enrol vehicles that do not comply with these modifications. After the Last command issued (Command IET / 2556 / 2014, 26 December; B.O.E. 9 January 2015) have been published 13 Regulations HAT.

The modifications that derive from these directives and regulations are intended to ensure the security of the vehicles, other users of public roads and environmental protection. It comes to adapt the regulation in these fields to technical progress.
