Resumen
Este proyecto de orden modifica los anejos del Real Decreto 237/2000, de 18 de febrero, por el que se establecen las especificaciones técnicas que deben de cumplir los vehículos especiales para el transporte terrestre de productos alimentarios a temperatura regulada y los procedimientos para el control de conformidad con las especificaciones, con el objetivo de adaptar la reglamentación española en el ámbito del transporte de mercancías perecederas a la evolución de la técnica contribuyendo a garantizar la seguridad y la protección del medio ambiente, así como la competencia efectiva del mercado en beneficio de los consumidores.
