Resumen
Este proyecto de orden modifica el anejo 4 del Real Decreto 237/2000, de 18 de febrero, por el que se establecen las especificaciones técnicas que deben de cumplir los vehículos especiales para el transporte terrestre de productos alimentarios a temperatura regulada y los procedimientos para el control de conformidad con las especificaciones, y la Orden ICT/370/2021, de 14 de abril, por la que se modifican los anejos del Real Decreto 237/2000, de 18 de febrero; con el objetivo de aplazar por el periodo de un año la entrada en vigor de las disposiciones introducidas por la Orden ICT/370/2021, de 14 de abril, relativas a la renovación de los certificados de conformidad ATP para aquellos vehículos que efectúen transporte de mercancías perecederas por territorio de la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias.
