Resumen
The order of reference updates annexes I and II of the royal decree 2028 / 1986, 6 June, on standards for the application of certain rules of the HAT on type approval of motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, motorcycles, mopeds and farm vehicles, as well as the parts and pieces of such vehicles.
The layout is necessary to adapt the domestic law, constituted by the Royal Decree 2028 / 1986 with its annexes I and II, changes in the Community legal order and progress of the technique, establishing mandatory dates for new types and for new fees.
The changes are intended to ensure the security of the vehicles, other users of public roads and environmental protection. It comes to adapt the regulation in these fields to technical progress.
In accordance with article 26.6 of law 50 / 1997 of 27 November, government undergoes processing of public information.
