Resumen
The Directive 94 / 63 / CE, 20 December 1994, on the control of COV emissions resulting from the storage and distribution of gasoline from terminals to service stations (vapour recovery phase I) aims to recover petrol vapour cast from storage and distribution of gasoline from terminals of oil at service stations. Was incorporated into the Spanish legal system by Royal Decree 2102 / 1996, 20 September.
However petrol vapour also emerged during the refuelling of motor vehicles in the service estacionas. For this reason, and with the aim of reducing their emissions to the atmosphere was adopted the directive 2009 / 126 / CE, 21 October 2009, concerning the petrol vapour recovery phase II during the refuelling of motor vehicles at service stations.
Through the present draft royal decree transposes the Spanish legal system the above.
Pursuant to Article 16 of the law 27 / 2006, 18 July, which regulates the rights of access to information, public participation and access to justice in environmental matters, the present draft royal decree undergoes processing of public information.
