Summary
The Spanish Association for Standardisation (UNE) has approved new editions of standards contained in the list of the complementary technical instruction ITC BT-02, in accordance with advances in the state of the art and/or European standards. Likewise, UNE has annulled, as obsolete, standards contained in the list of the complementary technical instruction ITC BT-02 that have not been replaced by new standards.
It is therefore necessary to update these reference standards in the Complementary Technical Instruction (ITC) 02.
The main objective, therefore, is to adapt the safety regulations for low voltage installations to the new paradigm of generalised self-consumption. Specifically, a new Complementary Technical Instruction (ITC) has been approved for direct current system installations.
In accordance with the provisions of article 26.6 of Law 50/1997, of 27 November, of the Government, this provision is subject to a public hearing.
