Resumen
The standard modifies destinations industrial safety regulations, to unify criteria of access to the service activity and their exercise in the area of the human and technical requirements of installer firms in these regulations.
Likewise, modifies the royal decree 127 / 2015 of 27 February, which integrates centres of ventanilla única empresarial and a single window of the services directive at points of attention to the entrepreneur, for adaptation of law 14 / 2013, 27 September, supporting entrepreneurs and its internationalization.
The draft royal decree consists of a preamble, 9 articles and three final provisions.
In accordance with article 26.6 of law 50 / 1997 of 27 November, the government, this provision is submitted to the handling of public hearing.
