Summary

In accordance with article 26.2 of the law 50/1997, of 27 november, the government, we shall now proceed to make the public consultation before the drafting of the draft order regulatory lay the foundations for the organization, management and concession of the national awards for industry: “ Well done in Spain ”.

Background of the norm

The spanish industry, where Smes played a key role, is making major efforts to its transformation, contributing to environmental improvement and strengthening the strategic autonomy of our country. Its contribution to the social, economic and environmental development of our country is based on the quality of its products and manufacturing processes.

Problems to be solved with the new standard

The present draft Order seeks to address the lack of visibility, socially, of our industrial fabric, as well as the quality of its products and processes in the manufacturing value well done in Spain.

Need and opportunity for approval

The current situation of uncertainty commercial need to increase the visibility of the quality of products made in Spain as remarkable factor of our productive fabric. Is intended to shed light on annually to those companies that have shown a special significance in any of the key aspects to define the order.

Objectives of the norm

These awards, not least economic strength to be some awards honorific, they are designed to recognize the merit of industrial enterprises located in spain that due to its special activities, organisation, management and leadership, make the products made in Spain highlighted as a quality products contribute essential aspects for the strengthening of our industry, such as the strategic autonomy, digital transition and innovation, its contribution to environmental aspects, social and governance as well as the value to smes of recent creation by its industrial profile.

Possible alternative solutions, regulatory and non-regulatory

The main alternative is not to approve this draft Order so as not to consider these awards.

The responses to this public consultation may be referred to the 24th february 2025. Only regarded as the answers that the sender is identified.
