Summary
The spanish association for Standardization (UNE) has adopted new editions of rules contained in the list of supplementary technical instruction ITC RAT-02, in accordance with the progress of the state of the technical and/or european standards.
It is therefore necessary to update these benchmarks in the follow-up technical instruction ITC RAT-02.
In accordance with article 26.6 of law 50/1997, of 27 november, the government, this provision is subject to the procedure for a public hearing.
Remission deadline
Deadline for submitting arguments from the day Thursday, June 12, 2025 until the day Thursday, July 17, 2025
Submission of allegations
The allegations may be sent to the email address: participacion_csegind@mintur.es indicating in the subject: "ITC RAT-02 hearing"
The allegations also may be sent by regular mail to the sub-department Industrial quality and safety (pº de la Castellana, 160 - plant 12, 28071 Madrid).
The allegations made must be clearly and separating the various comments made, and identifying (and the text referred to by each.
Will only be considered responses in which the sender relates to state, in:
- Name and surname/name of the participant.
- Organization or association (if applicable)
- Contact (email).

The parts of the information provided that, in the opinion of the person concerned, should be treated confidentially and consequently is not free dissemination, should be specifically identified in the text of the contribution, not to be regarded as the generic messages confidentiality of information.
