Resumen
The order of 21 November 2001 of then ministry of science and technology, established criteria for the realization of the control of production of manufactured in concrete central.Desde the entry into force of this order, there have been a number of developments technical and regulatory affecting the control of production of manufactured in concrete central, and who have advised the updating of the aforementioned Order.
At the European level, there has been a breakthrough in the implantation of marking CE for construction products, in accordance with the regulations (HAT) No 305 / 2011 of the European Parliament and of the board of 9 March 2011, laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Directive 89 / 106 / CEE in council, which has led to currently extant said marked for products of concrete components: cements, arid, additives and additions.
Domestically, it is worth highlighting the entry into force of the instruction to Reception cements (RC-08), adopted by the Royal Decree 956 / 2008, 6 June, and instruction of Concrete Structures (EHE-08), adopted by the Royal Decree 1247 / 2008.
Above developments together with experience in the implementation of the order of 21 November 2001 for the control of production of central manufactured in concrete, have led to the review and update of the above command to adapt to the new situation.
In accordance with article 24.1.c) of the law 50 / 1997 of 27 November, the government, this provision is submitted to the handling of public information.
