Las opiniones que se pretenden recabar son, fundamentalmente y sin perjuicio de otros aspectos y agentes interesados, las relativas a las siguientes cuestiones:
- Desde el lado de la oferta: efectos esperados de las medidas contenidas en cada uno de los tres pilares sobre las empresas españolas pertenecientes a la cadena de valor de los semiconductores
- Desde el lado de la demanda: efectos esperados de las medidas contenidas en cada uno de los tres pilares sobre las empresas españolas usuarias de semiconductores
Background of the norm
The proposed regulation sets out a specific framework to strengthen the semiconductor industry in the european union through three pillars:
- (Pillar 1) “ initiative Chips for europe ”: a set of actions aimed at improving the union's capacity to supply the market r & D results in the field of microelectronics.
- (Pillar 2) Establishment of a new framework for attracting private investment necessary to implement the advanced production facilities that europe needs in order to ensure security of supply of semiconductors.
- (Pillar 3) establishment of a coordination mechanism between the member states and the commission to oversee the provision of the value chain of semiconductors and respond to their interruptions in crisis situations.
