Resumen
El Real Decreto 244/2016, de 3 de junio, .por el que se desarrolla la Ley 32/2014, de 22 de diciembre, de Metrología, establece en sus dieciséis anexos los requisitos tanto generales como específicos que deben cumplir, entre otros, los instrumentos de medida sometidos a control metrológico del Estado.
Este real decreto entró en vigor el día 8 de junio de 2016.
Problems to be solved with the new standard
This proposal seeks to update the regulatory requirements in annexes III Identification of bookmarks, labels and seals to be made with respect to instruments subject to metrological control of the state as well as annex IV, software legally relevant linked to the measurement instruments subject to metrological control of the state.

La necesidad de aprobar este real decreto es actualizar los requisitos establecidos en los anexos III y IV del Real Decreto 244/2016, de 3 de junio.
