Summary
The reference updated annexes I and II of the royal decree 454/1986, of 6 june, on the rules for the application of certain rules.EUon the type-approval of motor vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, mopeds and vehicles, as well as parts and components of such vehicles.
The provision is necessary to bring domestic law, consisting of the Royal Decree 454/1986 with its annexes I and II, the changes produced in the community legal framework, following the entry into force of the rules of procedure (EU) 2018/858 and the rules of procedure (EU) 2019/2144.
Likewise, amendment of annexes III and IV of the Royal Decree 750/2010, of 4 june, which governs the procedures for approval of vehicles and their trailers, propelled machines or towed vehicles, as well as systems, parts and components of such vehicles.
Both these changes are lined up, in the case of vehicles of categories M, N and O, with the new codification of regulatory acts “ A1, A2, An, … G1, G2, …, G12 ” included in the european regulations.
In accordance with article 26.6 of law 50/1997, of 27 november, the government proceeded to the handling of public information.
