Summary
El proyecto de Real Decreto modifica el Real Decreto 750/2010 en dos aspectos:
- Inclusion of the obligation of communication to the registration of the General directorate of information of the vehicles concerned from calls to review, as well as the vehicles which have already been revised.
- Insert the card ITV paper card in electronic format ITV, for those categories in which it was not yet commonly used the electronic FORM, used in cars, buses, trucks and vans from 2015 and motorbikes from 2016.
The draft royal decree consists of a narrative, an article, a transitional provision and two final provisions.
