Resumen
The Royal Decree 920/2017, 23 October, which regulates the MOT states in article 8 that the inspection of vehicles will be the technical criteria described in the ‘ procedure Manual inspection ITV stations ’ prepared by the ministry of economy, industry and competitiveness (currently ministry of industry, trade and tourism), according to the competent bodies of the autonomous communities.
Likewise, indicates that the Manual will be updated when vary the technical criteria of inspection, both national and European or international in this area.
The revision presented also includes areas that required to qualify or reformulate depending on the practical problems that arise in implementing the inspection procedure.
All these changes are related and documented in the section “ control of document changes ” of the manual.
